WCHS BY-LAWS

By-laws for WCHS (known as the "Women's and Children's Hospitals By-laws 2005") were gazetted on 28 January 2005. The impetus for establishing the by-laws has been to assist with the prohibition of smoking on the WCHS sites, but the by-laws cover other topics such as Trespass and Order, and Traffic Control (including Parking).
